Curated by artistic director Valérie Davidoff, the "Monumentale" exhibition presents the work of metal artist Kllemo, at the InterContinental Marseille - Hotel Dieu, until April 30, 2025.
This event highlights impressive sculptures, up to 5 meters high, illustrating the exceptional expertise of the artist, who contributed notably to the renovation of the hotel's monumental staircases in 2013. A regular on heritage restoration sites, Kllemo is now deploying his passion for metalwork to present his very first exhibition.
The theme revolves around nature and the animal kingdom, with emblematic pieces such as the "Giraffe" and "Elephant" sculptures, symbolizing values dear to the artist such as elegance, strength and wisdom.
The "Monumentale" exhibition brings together works harmoniously integrated into the hotel's exterior and interior spaces, offering an immersive and accessible experience, against the backdrop of the Notre-Dame de la Garde basilica.
A spectacular exhibition, free and open to all.
