Here it is, beautiful and tangy on this first day of spring! Our poster, designed by Atelier 25, depicts an astonishing Marseille, insolent under the sun, with a frenetic energy. But what's going on in the Phocaean city? Will the writers land from a flying saucer? Will Bruce Springsteen finally enjoy the sunny days? And what's going on on that mysterious island where the Labourdette towers go on holiday?
During the day and in the evening, the festival is open to all story-lovers, readers and spectators, storytellers and fabulists! Tropical dramas, American adventures, oceanic thrills, romance and noir, comics and poetry: culture has something for everyone. Oh les beaux jours! is a festival of literary frictions, encounters and the unexpected. Between two dives, let yourself be warmed by the words of today's authors. The world they speak of is our own, accessible, sometimes disturbing, funny, ferocious and formidably alive.
