Singles matches will be played to the best of 3 sets, with tie-breaks in all 3 sets.
The final singles draw will be made up of 28 players, 19 directly admitted on the basis of their ATP ranking, 2 "special exempts", 4 qualifiers and a maximum of 3 wild-card entries.
The 8 seeded players will be decided on the basis of their ATP ranking one week before the start of the tournament.
