Aperitifs with a view

Where there’s good weather, there’s good nightlife, so let’s start with the Prado beaches and the ideal spot, the Cabane des Amis. Perfect for having a drink overlooking the sea, sharing a pizza and enjoying the sunset. Stay on the seafront with the Ilot de la Corniche, run by the famous Borderline collective. It’s impossible to get enough of the view or the trendy atmosphere of this spot, so make sure you book in advance!
On the Saint-Victor side, the timeless Café de l’Abbaye is the perfect place for an afterwork, but don’t arrive too late if you’re hoping to get a table, as the terrace is quickly sold out. Fortunately, you can still enjoy the scenery at either Le Repaire or Le Poulpe!
Located in Marseille’s 9th arrondissement, Le Cabanon de Paulette opens its doors again in July and offers an incredible program all summer long. And for those who prefer a more chill atmosphere, the Dantes, the Sofitel’s famous bar, welcomes you for a cocktail!

Unique evenings on land and at sea

For the more adventurous, Marseille offers a number of more original venues, including Le Couvent opposite the Friche Belle-de-Mai, a genuine art and conviviality venue with a huge garden, ideal for large groups of friends or families. Just a few minutes away, Chapiteau la Belle-de-Mai welcomes you until 2 a.m., with its pétanque courts and evenings dedicated to electronic music.

If you prefer an aperitif at sea, the Borderline collective offers apéros du bateau all summer long. Several Marseilles-based companies, including Don du Vent, La Goélette,Localanque and Croisière Marseille Calanques, also offer cocktails and afterwork sessions at sea, while you admire the sunset.
