The beautiful church of Saint Eugène, built in the 19th century, is located a little off the rue d'Endoume, in the eponymous neighborhood, at the beginning of a series of small streets that lead to the Kennedy corniche and the Vallon des Auffes.
The church is bright: the warm colors of its stained glass windows, its walls and its organ evoke a Provencal style palette. The whole is maintained with great care.
A few meters away, on a facade of Tolstoy street, a plaque commemorates the visit of Marseille schools by the great writer in 1861.
The church is part of the parish of Roucas Blanc with Saint-Antoine de Padoue.
Administrator: Father Xavier Manzano
Mass on Sunday 9:30 am
