Alivetu offers a relaxed, bistronomic cuisine, with a strong emphasis on culinary craftsmanship. Our dishes, with their southern accents, are just like us.

The cuisine is traditional and the tastes straightforward, but we always add a touch of modernity and finesse. With the aim of promoting short circuits and the rich terroir of the Mediterranean basin, we propose an evolving menu that will be guided by our producers and the seasons, since we favor organic and sustainable farming.
