To accompany our dishes or for a good aperitif, our team selects beers from local microbreweries, organic and mostly local wine, signature cocktails and

Specialty coffee is carefully selected and roasted 500m away at our friends at Deep Coffee Roaster on the Old Port. The coffee beans
are purchased from small producers and cooperatives.
To make you feel at ease, we have opted for a 100% recycled decor: the benches are old SNCF train car bottoms that we have rehabilitated with craftsmen.

If our salvaged furniture has survived the ages, we live fully with our time and its challenges. We try to be careful with the
consumption, we use 100% green energy, we sort our waste!
