This is reflected in concrete actions: bike deliveries: Le maillon vert or the store's own cart, the possibility for customers to buy a "product on standby" destined for a person in difficulty, the TOGOODTOGO app to avoid throwing away, organization of producer/supplier discoveries with tastings, membership of the Le Carillon association (a resource center for the homeless), short supply circuits.
