Jean-Marius is passionate about scuba diving and loves seafood, which he wants to offer to as many people as possible, in a fast-food mode accessible to all incomes.
Some examples of dishes: fish and chips (hake fillet) and wolf fillet, marbled shrimp fritters, salmon and shrimp skewer with garnish, salmon rice salad... The idea is also to promote the regional culinary art.
