Marseille DurableRestaurant la Caravelle has been committed to sustainable tourism by being awarded the "Clef Verte" label since January 2023. The label's 95 criteria cover environmental awareness, environmental policy, flow management (water and energy), waste management, responsible purchasing and the working environment.
