In terms of cuisine, the chef and his brigade offer a menu of typically Provencal dishes made with local, seasonal produce. Every day, the menu features traditional sea bream fillets, panisses and other Marseilles specialties for a gourmet moment with a sunny touch! These colorful and tasty dishes evolve with the seasons and according to the Brigade's inspiration. Finally, for those with a sweet tooth, the selection of homemade desserts will be the perfect sweet note to end on a high note.

Orchestrated by our Cuban head bartender César, the cocktail menu vibrates to the rhythm of his desires, while certain classics remain: a selection of pastis, wines, beers and other softs. To accompany the moment, we offer tapas with a Marseille accent, such as the famous panisses.
