Vanessa Robuschi grew up in Nice in a family of cooks: her father was a pastry chef and several of her cousins were restaurateurs. Her path seemed clear, but she preferred to study architecture. Finally, after her DEUG, she decided to give up because it no longer interested her. She enrolled in a BEP cuisine, apprenticing with Gérald Passédat.
