Its style plunges us into the spirit of the 1950s to recall the influence of the building, a former sanitary station, initially built by the architect Fernand Pouillon. Its staging mixes the creations of several craftsmen and paintings from the Regards de Provence collection, symbolizing the Foundation's desire to give this place an artistic and elegant connotation.
An exceptional setting. The atmosphere is Mediterranean and evocative, evoked by the magnificent panoramic view, from the 100 m2 covered terrace, from Fort Saint Jean to the cathedral of La Major, thanks to the Bow Window. The natural light filtered through the bay windows, the lively port in the foreground, the elegance of the architecture of the Villa Méditerranée and the Mucem contribute to the atmosphere of the place and allow you to feel transported into an architectural, artistic and travel universe.
A creative menu. Every day, several different recipes: sot-l'y-laisse brochettes with satay, beef tartar, roasted swordfish with citrus fruits, scallop risotto with parmesan - are cooked in the great Provençal style and with exotic influences by the chef Thierry Lennon, whose culinary career is as varied as it is starred.
