Avi Nuvul, a passionate gourmet, is the restaurant's chef. Originally from Java, Indonesia, she offers authentic, traditional cuisine. All dishes are homemade with fresh market produce. Indonesian cuisine differs according to its region of origin: Javanese, Sundanese, Balinese... However, the common denominator is the staple food, rice.
