How the CityPass works
The CityPass Marseille is available in 2 different formulas :
- The Marseille CityPass with public transport: you have to come and get it at the reception of Marseille Tourist Office in order to activate it and use it.
- The CityPass Marseille without public transport: an email will be sent to you and you will be able to access all the activities directly through the email that you will have to present.

The Marseille CityPass for groups
The Marseille CityPass is a product reserved for individual customers.

Guided tours in the CityPass
- For CityPass 72h: a free guided tour (by CityPass) of your choice in the €10 guided tours program of the Marseille Tourist and Convention Bureau
- For CityPass 24h and 48h: 30% discount on a guided tour (by CityPass) of your choice in the program of guided tours at 10€ of the Tourist and Convention Office of Marseille
The Guided Tourmust be booked directly with our tourist advisors at the Tourist Office reception desk, subject to availability on the day of booking.
It is valid only for individuals from 1 to 9 people.
Refund of the Marseille CityPass
Your CityPass is available for 12 months from the purchase date. In the case of cancellation due to force majeure or bad weather conditions or in case of loss, the responsibility of the Tourist Office and Convention Bureau of Marseille cannot be held responsible.
No refund, even partial will be made and no extension will be possible.
