At DUNE Marseille you'll meet passionate instructors who specialize in freediving.

After a short discussion to help you realize that the collective unconscious cultivates beliefs that are often false, we'll cover the basics of ventilation and compensation. Then we'll provide you with a complete set of equipment adapted to your discovery.

Your freediving experience will take place in the unique setting of the Parc National des Calanques. After sailing around the Riou archipelago or the Frioul archipelago, depending on environmental conditions, we'll return to our activity site, which we'll adapt for your first dives.

The session will focus on vertical self-discovery in the water, with games based on your feelings along a guide cable. In a small group of 4 participants per workshop, you'll progress step by step through a series of simple, fun exercises. Listening to new sensations, you'll disconnect from our terrestrial world with the promise of an unforgettable first experience rich in emotion.
