Orienteering is an activity open to all! It is indeed easy to adapt the routes and the physical commitment to be provided for all publics. It is a very fun activity that allows for many alternatives and calls upon the physical and intellectual qualities of each individual, whether practiced as a leisure activity or in competition. With friends or family, orienteering is perfect for sharing moments together and reinforcing the team spirit!
