Stand Up Paddle guided tour calanques of Cassis

• Paddle ride supervised by a local guide
• Visit of 3 Calanques: Port-Miou, Port-Pin and En-Vau
• Unique natural and cultural heritage in an exceptional setting

Departing from Cassis, we will start by crossing the calanque of Port-Miou.

A wild port located in the calanques offering a haven of paradise to those who live there.Set in the hollow of the cliffs, its waters are naturally sheltered and calm, which will allow us to get off to a smooth start !

We will follow the coast of the Calanques, to the calanque of Port-Pin to make a stopover there, and sail above its transparent waters.

We will continue to the calanque of En-Vau, thus taking advantage of a break to possibly swim, explore the seabed and meet the marine fauna and flora. Along the way, we will discover the rich heritage offered by the Calanques National Park and its unique geology, strewn with pines clinging to the limestone rock.

Requirements:
-Do not present any medical contraindication to sports practice,

- Know how to swim 25m without buoyancy aid,

-Be at least 14 years old to be alone on a stand up paddle.

-Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the start of the activity.
