A good stand up paddle ride on translucent water, an oily sea, a magnificent sunset... Guaranteed decompression by reclaiming the coastline deserted by the hordes of the day.

The principle is to meet for a walk then an aperitif / sunset on the water, often followed by a friendly picnic.

We will go along the Marseille coast with a passage in front of the pretty beaches of the coastal shelter, the Verrerie, the small port of the madrague, and admire the sunset on the Frioul islands: always as beautiful, and different every evening. !!!

Outing open to all levels (beginners, experts, newcomers, etc.), supervised by a state-certified instructor, who will give you all the keys to perfect control of the machine, the session will take place through an initiation , a walk with a rhythmic break (on heritage, on playful games) these walks are accessible to everyone, the emphasis is on conviviality.

If the weather is bad, don't worry, we have the solution to enjoy and we will do challenges / challenges / games, it will be a very fun moment followed by a relaxing moment to end the day well :)* For paddle aperitifs: we offer a glass, crisps... and we return at dusk.

Everyone is free to bring a SMALL supplement and their eco-cup.
