● The entrance hall leads to a fitted kitchen and opens onto a bright living room. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, fridge and washing machine. An iron and ironing board are available in the hall cupboard.
● The living room is spacious with its two large windows (double-glazed) and a beautiful high ceiling, a period fireplace. You can lounge on the 3-seater sofa while watching your favourite shows or series on the large 4K TV. A Bose Bluetooth speaker for listening to your favourite music. Antique floor tiles.
● The bedroom is separated by a superb workshop-style glass roof. Queen-size bed (160x200) with brand new mattress and base. Storage cupboard and wardrobe. Solid oak parquet flooring.
● The shower room is accessible from the bedroom, with walk-in shower, hairdryer and storage space. Contemporary tiled floor.
