Ideal for family stays, the Ar de Vie gîte is a beautiful independent house with a private swimming pool that can accommodate 10 people. Aix en Provence is only 15km away, accessible by the departmental road near the cottage. On two levels, it is composed on the 1st floor:
- a 20m² terrace furnished with garden furniture.
- a dining area with large glass table and wrought iron chairs, sideboard, living room with sofa, armchairs, coffee table, large flat screen TV, wood stove.
- a kitchen open to the living room fully equipped with fridge/freezer, gas cooking range, plancha, electric oven, extractor, microwave, sink, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker.
- 2 bedrooms with 160x200cm beds, cupboards, bedside tables and lamps.
- a bathroom with bath, single sink, hair dryer, heated towel rail. Independent WC. The staircase is dressed with a library area upstairs and an elliptical trainer on the ground floor. This floor is composed of:
- a second living room / games room with 140x190cm sofa bed, 90x190cm bed, wardrobe, large flat screen TV, coffee table
- a large bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, a trundle sofa bed with two 90x190cm beds, bedside tables, wardrobe
- a large bathroom with spacious walk-in shower, single sink, WC, heated towel rail, washing machine Outside, the property is fenced and closed by electric gate. The private swimming pool secured by alarm (9x4.5m, depth 1.50m) is open from May to September. A fully equipped and covered summer kitchen allows you to enjoy the outdoor space in all seasons, by the pool.
Owners live in the neighboring house.
