You'll enjoy a bright living room, Wifi/TV and a fully-equipped open kitchen: oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, crockery, coffee maker, toaster, kettle.

For your utmost comfort, the bedroom features a 160 cm Queen Size bed with a new Simmons mattress, as well as a cooling column.
A convertible sofa in the living room (140×190cm) offers a comfortable second bed for 2 people, with fan.

The accommodation is fully equipped with hand soap, bed linen, towels, shower gel, hairdryer, salt, pepper, olive oil, coffee, toilet paper and cleaning products.

Please note that the ceiling in the bathroom is lower than in the other rooms: with the step, the ceiling height of the shower is 1m86.

The rental is proposed for stays of 5 days minimum. However, please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any queries. I can adapt to your request according to my availability.
I do not charge any cleaning fees.
