In the Aix countryside not far from the Aix TGV station, at the foot of the village Cabriès, apartment for 2 people in the countryside adjoining to the owner's house. On a wooded lot of 4700 m², this cottage has a terrace of 12 m² with garden furniture.
The ground floor opens with Bay window on the living room, with lounge and flat TV screen /DVD, dining area in front of the kitchen, and the kitchen very cleverly laid out (plate oven/ceramic/lava crockery, coffee machine pods, fridge/freezer).
Upstairs, at the top of a spiral staircase, bedroom for 2 people with double bed (160 x 200). Direct access to the bathroom/toilet.
Sheets and linen included, electric heating included. Cleaning on request (€30), baby's bed and chair available, WiFi, stereo. Washing machine shared with the owner.
Your host Mireille Géraudie is very concerned with ecology, and built his house respecting numbers of the buildings environmental management principles: quality of materials, insulation, supply water, double glazing, heat accumulator heaters... But also a composter that she will teach you if you need.
You are in the golden triangle between Aix and Marseille, not far from the beaches of the Blue Coast or Cassis.
