- Equipped kitchen open to the living room with 4-burner ceramic hob, oven, extractor, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, 2-cup L'Or Barista coffee maker. Griddle, fryer. On the mezzanine, 2 closed bedrooms, one of which has a glass floor type skylight overlooking the ground floor:
- A bedroom with 1 bed 140x190cm, shelves and reversible air conditioning.
- A bedroom with 1 bed 140x190cm, skylight, shelving unit, glass floor, clothes rack, reversible air conditioning. Beautiful private shaded outdoor area with garden furniture and relaxation lounge, free access to the common garden of around 5000 m² with trees, with relaxation areas. The owners are particularly sensitive to biodiversity and have laid out their garden to preserve small animals.
Swimming pool shared with the owners 5x11m, depth 1.5m. Pétanque game available.
