From North to South: this is the route taken by the owners of this gîte to settle in Provence. They invite you to stay in this comfortable renovated apartment, adjoining their house, built in 2013. You have access to their heated swimming pool and benefit from a private covered outdoor area. The cottage is composed of:
- A bright living room with large bay window overlooking the swimming pool consisting of a dining area for 4 people, an equipped kitchen (oven, fridge with small freezer compartment, 3-burner induction hob, extractor, Tassimo pod coffee maker, micro- microwaves and dishwasher) and a lounge area with convertible sofa (possibility of 2 additional extra beds for children - quality mattress 19cm thick), connected flat screen TV with Netflix access and bright bluetooth speaker.
- A bedroom with 1 double bed 160x200cm, an armchair, a large dressing room, a second connected flat screen TV with Netflix access and direct access to the bathroom. Reversible air conditioning and refreshing heated floor.
- A bathroom with walk-in shower, shower gel and shampoo dispensers, double basin, heated towel rail and closed toilet.
- A laundry room with washing machine and household utensils.
- A second independent toilet with washbasin. There are 2 access steps from the car park to the gîte and 4 steps between the living room and the bedroom. Swimming pool shared with the owners heated 4x7m, depth 1.65m, open from 15/04 to 30/09. Private sheltered terrace/patio with garden furniture, sunbeds and private barbecue. Ping-pong table available. Stay in peace in this all-inclusive cottage: wifi, sheets, towels, end-of-stay cleaning, reversible air conditioning and heating. Parking on the closed property.
