Fanny

Halfway between Sainte Victoire and Sainte Baume, between Aix-en-Provence and Cassis, the Fanny gîte is a studio located on the ground floor of the owners' beautiful villa. It has a beautiful view of the hills of Pagnol, and opens directly onto a terrace and the swimming pool (7x3.5m, depth 1.5m, open from May 1 to October 31 from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.), shared with the owners and two other gites. The terraced garden is also shared and offers an ideal place for children to play: swing, slide, monkey bridge. On one level and with a private parking space on the same level, the gîte, accessible by a bay window from the terrace, is composed of:
- a large living room with lounge area: sofa, armchair and coffee table, a kitchen: fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, 4 gas burners, extractor hood, Nespresso coffee maker, bar overlooking on the living room. Table with 6 chairs, chest of drawers, flat screen TV, library area. Sleeping area with 140x190cm bed and storage cupboard.
-a shower room / WC with shower (curtain + glass shower screen), basin, shelves and storage unit, WC. The owner offers a wellness experience with yoga classes or massages on request.
All charges are included: sheets, towels, end of stay cleaning, electricity. Baby equipment on request. Pets prohibited.
