Gîte de Sulauze

A few steps from the hiking trails, the Sulauze gîte is an independent apartment located on the owners' wooded grounds. In the garden, a fenced area accommodates a swimming pool and a summer kitchen, shared with the owners and their children. The cottage has been completely renovated and welcomes you in comfort, with a private terrace, an independent bedroom and air conditioning. You are very close to the Etang de l'Olivier, a fishing reserve along which it is pleasant to walk, but also to the Etang de Berre where you can swim. The Camargue, the Alpilles, Aix en Provence and Marseille are within a 50km radius... great excursions are to be planned! On one level, the Sulauze gîte is composed as follows: - Integrated kitchen open to living room (dishwasher, oven, 4 induction burners, extractor hood, microwave, fridge/freezer), wardrobe. Convertible sofa (additional bed possible), coffee table and connected TV. Dining area for 4 people.

Wifi (fiber). Baby equipment on demand. Sheets, bathroom linen and end-of-stay cleaning included. Pets accepted: 1 max (with supplement).
