In the heart of the Camargue, 7 km from Arles, small gîte (studio) on the ground floor with a private plot of 200 m² and a covered terrace of 25 m².
This gîte has been fitted out to allow access to people with reduced mobility: access ramp at the entrance to the gîte, shower room with a shower on the same level, possibility of renting and delivering a medical bed (contact the owners beforehand) and loan of a seat for the shower.
It opens south onto 2 large bay windows overlooking the garden. Bedroom area with double bed (140 x 190 cm), living room/kitchen area (4 burner hob, microwave, mini oven and fridge/conservator) with single bunk bed above the sofa bed and flat screen TV. Large shower room with walk-in shower and WC.
Heating (heat pump). Cleaning on request (50€). Cot and high chair available. Non-smoking gite. Tourist tax 1,65€ per adult per night. Laundry room with linen and second fridge/freezer accessible from the terrace.
Special sanitary crisis measures: guests must bring their own sheets, towels and household linen.
The owners live behind the gîte. A perfect place to discover the Camargue, its small roads ideal for bike rides, and Arles nearby for cultural visits.
