Located in the village of Marcel Pagnol, in the heart of La Treille, the Jardin du Garlaban gîte has been converted into an old 19th century farmhouse and is adjoining the Terrasse du GARLABAN gîte. It has a private gravelled terrace of approximately 15 m² with an arbour. Green environment.

The gîte is composed on the ground floor of:
- Living / dining room with dining area for 5 people, 140x190cm sofa bed, 125cm flat screen TV with Netflix and Apple TV 4K. Very beautiful cement tile floor with lots of character, large mirror. Functional fireplace (wood provided).
- Kitchen accessible via 3 steps, fully equipped with 3-burner ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave oven, small dishwasher, fridge / freezer and washing machine.

On the 1st floor:
- A bedroom with 2 single beds 90x200cm.
- Accessible via 2 additional steps, a small bedroom of 8.4 m² with a 160x200cm double bed (possibility of an additional bed, i.e. 5 people accommodated in total) and wardrobe.
- Shower room with 80x80cm shower, sink, heated towel rail and WC.

Private parking on the property. Electric heating (included). End-of-stay cleaning included. Sheets and towels not provided. Wifi. Board games available.

You will benefit from an ideal location in this accommodation to discover Marseille and its beaches (10km away), while being in a privileged green environment. Thermal spa 1.5km away, Le Cigalon restaurant in the immediate vicinity with a superb view of the valley as well as the Saint-Dominique Church. Many hiking trails from the immediate departure of the cottage. Marcel Pagnol's tomb is 200m away.
