Located in a private residential neighbourhood on the seaside secured by a gate, the gite La Dolce Vita is a totally independent house on a private garden of 950 m². The gite is composed of :
- a 32 m² living room with sofa and armchair, dining area with table and 6 chairs, sleeping area with flat screen TV, coffee table, convertible sofa bed 2x90x200cm. The sleeping area can be separated from the rest of the living room by a curtain.
- a kitchen with 4 vitroceramic hobs, extractor hood, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, Krupps espresso machine, coffee maker.
- a bedroom with 1 bed 2 people 140x190cm.
- a bedroom with 1 bed 2 people 160x200cm.
- a small bedroom (6.5m² over 1.80m ceiling) in mezzanine with 2 beds 90x190cm.
- 2 shower rooms with Italian showers and basin.
- 2 separate toilets.

Private terrace of 21 m² with garden furniture, sunbathing, barbecue. Closed 950m² garden with parking place. Ping-pong table, bicycles available. Closed garage for bicycles. Internet (wifi). Electric heating (included). Cleaning at the end of the stay, sheets and towels optional: 100 € for cleaning, sheets and towels. Animals accepted : 10 € per day. Tourist tax not included.
