La Maison Bellevue

On the heights of Marseille, on the Estaque side, gateway to the villages of the Côte Bleue, independent house on private land (parking on the closed property). You have a flowered and landscaped plot of land with garden furniture and deckchairs (artificial covering), and in the distance, a very beautiful view of the Marseille harbor with the first creeks. The owner lives in the house just before, not overlooked. On the ground floor, day room opening onto terrace, with fitted kitchen (washing machine, induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, 1 Nespresso coffee maker and 1 liter coffee maker), lounge area with sofa, dining area. Bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190) and a 90 single bed, bedroom overlooking the outside and its relaxation area (garden furniture/deckchair). Two bathrooms/wc with large shower.
Upstairs, bedroom for 3 people with 160x200 bed and sofa, baby bed. Electric heating (included) - air conditioning - Wi-fi - sheets and linen provided - cleaning on request - electric table plancha - baby bed and chair
For hygiene reasons, animals are not allowed.
Very nice neighborhood, high up, quiet.
The accommodation is not suitable for festivities. At the bottom of the district, arriving at the small port of l'Estaque, maritime shuttles throughout the summer to reach the city center, or the nearby train station to discover the resorts of the Côte Bleue: here too you will find coves wild...
