You'll be greeted personally on site by a Cocoonr Marseille representative, who will show you around, answer your questions and hand over the keys.
Hotel-quality (4/5 stars) sheets and towels are provided, and your bed will be made up on arrival. Towels and bath mats are also provided. Wifi internet access.
