Very spacious in this house with lots of character, French ceilings, exposed beams, stone facing... On the ground floor, the cottage is composed of:

- Large bright living / dining room with leather sofa and armchairs, connected flat screen TV (Orange box channels), school desk and dining room that can accommodate 8 guests, buffet and library.
- 1st large bedroom with 1 bed 160x200cm.
- Dressing room with double wardrobe, shelves and household utensils.
- Closed WC.
- Bathroom with large walk-in shower 200x100cm, double basin and heated towel rail.
- Crossing kitchen with dining area for 7 people, ornamental fireplace, freezer and direct access to the terrace. Fitted kitchen with Egyptian stone worktop, 3 induction rings, hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher.
- Laundry room with fridge, washing machine and household utensils. On the 1st floor, accessible via a beautiful old spiral staircase:
- 2nd bedroom with 2 90x200cm beds that can be combined into 1 180x200cm bed.
- 3rd bedroom with 3 beds 90x200cm, 2 of which can be combined into 1 bed 180x200cm.
- Bathroom with corner bath, washbasin and cupboards.
- Independent WC. Private enclosed garden of approximately 400 m² with playset for children. Terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Private swimming pool 6x4.5m, depth 1.35m, open from 01/04 to 01/10.
2 parking spaces under shelter on the closed private ground. All included: wifi (fiber), reversible air conditioning, electric heating, sheets, towels and end of stay cleaning.
Complete baby equipment on request: high chair, bed, playpen, crockery, games, bath, bath recliner and steps.
Animals accepted free of charge under conditions: no animal left unsupervised in the gîte.
