La Valentine

In the Valentine district of Marseille, the cottage is close to the shopping center, restaurants, sports halls and the highway leading to Marseille or the creeks of Cassis and La Ciotat. You will have the possibility of parking in the closed courtyard or under cover and benefiting from the large terrace shaded by a plane tree. By car, transport or on foot, many places are accessible from this cottage. Inside, discover the authenticity of the furniture and trinkets found by the owner's father, a flea market enthusiast. On two levels, you will find:
- Equipped independent kitchen: fridge/freezer + 2nd fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, 4 gas burners, small table and 2 chairs, TV.
- Office space.
- Living room / dining room: large sofa bed 140x190cm, TV, coffee table, large sideboard, table and 6 chairs.
- Double bedroom with 140x190cm bed, large wall cupboard.
- Large bathroom: shower cubicle, washbasin with large work surface, heated towel rail and plenty of storage furniture.
Upstairs via a wooden spiral staircase, bedroom with its private bathroom: 140x190cm bed and 90x190cm bed, TV. Sink, bath and WC. Sheets, towels and end of stay cleaning included. Pets prohibited.
