Located in the heart of the Gravesonnaise countryside, this holiday villa offers all the necessary comfort to spend unforgettable moments with family or friends.
A true Provencal village in the heart of the Montagnette, Graveson is a dynamic, traditional and friendly village located 2km away. You will find a weekly market on the course every Friday morning as well as many village festivals all year round. Villa Montel is located 4km from the Abbey of Frigolet, 10km from St Rémy de Provence and Les Baux-de-Provence where the fabulous Carrière des Lumières is located. 10km from Avignon and 15km from Arles and the Camargue.

On two levels, the villa is composed on the ground floor:
- Bright and modern living room with a large sofa, a library, a flat-screen TV, high-speed Wi-Fi and Netflix.
- Fully equipped and friendly kitchen thanks to its island, allowing you to prepare delicious meals. Equipped with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, as well as all the necessary kitchen utensils.
- 2 air-conditioned double bedrooms with 160x200cm beds and shared bathroom (shower, heated towel rail and double sink).
Upstairs, 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with shared bathroom (bathtub, sink and heated towel rail). One has a 160x200cm bed and TV, the other has 4 single beds and TV.

The highlight of this villa without a doubt its private swimming pool heated from April to June, from September to October and jacuzzi with outdoor lounge area.
You can cool off at any time of the day and enjoy the sun on the deckchairs at your disposal. A barbecue area is also available for friendly evenings outdoors. The pétanque courts are located near the garden furniture. Children will be able to keep themselves busy with numerous outdoor games, board games, the ping-pong table or the trampoline.
