Fully equipped open kitchen with a 4 burner induction hob, combined oven/microwave, dishwasher and small fridge. Flat screen TV, reversible air conditioning (included). Shower room with Italian shower 70x100cm, washbasin, WC and small heated towel rail. Private terrace 15 m² with garden furniture. Free parking in the adjacent streets, possibility to unload suitcases in front of the apartment. All included: sheets, towels, heating, air conditioning and cleaning at the end of the stay. Small pets accepted with supplement, 1 pet maximum. Non smoking gite. Wifi. This small pied-à-terre is ideally located to discover Marseille, not far from the Velodrome Stadium, only 4km from the beaches, 9km from the Calanques and close to all amenities and transport. Please note: the studio is also located close to hospitals and the IPC of Marseille.
