Le Chalet Ensoleillé

Perched high up, the sunny Chalet offers an impressive 360° view, from Sainte Victoire to Etang de Berre. The unusual chalet on stilts is equipped with all the comfort of a bedroom with private bathroom, separate toilet, office area and panoramic terrace. The swimming pool completes the experience, beside which you can enjoy a full breakfast prepared by the owner. Its location in the hillside allows easy access to hikes or races on foot or by bike. The chalet is also located in the triangle between Aix-en-Provence, Marseille and Salon-de-Provence, close to roads and the sea (Côte Bleue and Calanques), but also to Marseille airport. Private parking space under cover (steep climb). Access to the owners' house, the terrace and the swimming pool via around twenty steps. The chalet is located above the rock, accessible by a staircase of around fifty steps. It is equipped with 2 80x190cm beds that can be twinned into a 160cm bed, an office area with courtesy tray and small refrigerator, a TV, a bathroom area with shower and sink, a separate toilet. Private 25m² terrace around the chalet with garden furniture parasol and deckchairs. Reversible climate control.
Swimming pool shared with the owners: 7x3.5m (depth 1.20m) open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. and secured by alarm.
Full breakfasts (pastries, bread, dairy products, eggs, cold meats, cheeses, fresh fruit and pressed juice) served depending on the weather in the house, on the terrace by the pool or on the chalet terrace.
