- A large bathroom with lion's paw bath, walk-in shower, double sink, toilet and heated towel rail.
- A bathroom with 80x80cm shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC.
- Living room on the mezzanine with benches. Very pleasant outdoor area, private garden of 1.2 hectares with orchard and olive grove. Private swimming pool 12x5m, depth 1.3m to 2.4m.
