Only 100m from the port of Sausset les Pins, close to all the shops and the beaches, the Moorea 2 is a single storey apartment located on the ground floor with private terrace in a residence with swimming pool and tennis court. It is composed :
- an entrance with large storage cupboard,
- a bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin and mirror,
- a separate toilet,
- a living room with a 140x190cm sofa bed, connected flat screen TV, table and chairs, and an equipped kitchen: dishwasher, microwave, 2 ceramic hobs, extractor hood, oven, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, washing machine -laundry.
- a sleeping area, separated from the living room by blackout curtains and a fixed panel, equipped with a 140x190cm bed and a dressing room.
The sleeping area opens onto a private 16m² terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs and a flowered area. Common areas of the residence: swimming pool open from the third week of June to the first weekend of September from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. (4 cards available), 2 tennis courts.
Possibility of entering the residence by car to unload, non-private parking spaces outside. End of stay cleaning, sheets and towels optional. A maximum animal accepted: 1 dog or 1 cat, with supplement.
