Le Petit Valexiane

Le Petit Valexiane is a gîte adjoining the owners' house (no direct wall with them, the adjoining walls to the owners' house overlook a storeroom), sharing with them a garden and a heated swimming pool. The gîte, duplex type, can accommodate up to 4 people and benefits from its private terrace. Private parking on the enclosed property. On the ground floor, the gîte is composed of:
- The living room with equipped kitchen (3-burner induction hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, Nespresso pod coffee machine, citrus press...). Lounge area with sofa, coffee table and TV with Chromecast and SFR box channels, connected speaker. Dining area for 4 people. Reversible air conditioning.
- Shower room equipped with a walk-in shower, sink, heated towel rail and WC. Upstairs, the attic sleeping area with skylight, offering 1 double bed 160x200cm and 2 single beds 90x190cm, chest of drawers, clothes rack and small recess with travel cot available (high chair also provided on request). Private shaded terrace of 32 m² with garden furniture and barbecue. Shared garden of approximately 600 m² with football goals.
Shared swimming pool with the owners 8.5x4m, max depth 1.45m, treated with salt and secured by alarm. The swimming pool is heated from May to September. All inclusive: wifi (fiber), sheets, towels, end-of-stay cleaning and reversible air conditioning.
Owners' washing machine accessible on request, laundry 200m away in the village. Charging point for electric vehicles in the village, 300m away. Bikers welcome: garage possible under cover, the owner himself is passionate and runs a motorcycle shop.
