L'Embellido

This single storey gite located in the village of Mouriès, in the heart of the Alpilles is only 15 minutes from Les Baux de Provence, 20 minutes from St Rémy de Provence and 30 minutes from Arles. It has 2 private terraces, one of which is shaded by an awning with garden furniture and plancha. It is adjoining a year-round rental and a vacant dwelling. The cottage is composed of:
- A living room consisting of a living room with a 140x190cm sofa bed, coffee table, flat screen TV and hi-fi system. Dining area for 3 people. Kitchen open to the living room equipped with 2 ceramic hobs, hood, washing machine, small dishwasher for 6 place settings, fridge with freezer compartment, combined microwave, mixer, multifunction food processor and oven. Reversible climate control.
- A bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, wardrobe, flat screen TV and access to a private 5 m² terrace with garden furniture.
- A bathroom with Italian type shower 90x170cm, basin and heated towel rail.
- A separate WC. Private parking in front of the gite, shaded. Access to the gîte via the main terrace of 20 m². Park, bowling alley and charging station for public electric vehicles 50m from the gîte. End of stay cleaning included in the rates.
Electricity charged extra on meter reading (8kW included per day).
Optional: rental of sheets and towels.
