L'Embellie

In the Cuges-les-Pins valley, ideally located just a few kilometers from the beaches and calanques of Cassis, La Ciotat, Saint Cyr-sur-Mer, and Bandol, the cottage is also at the foot of Mount Sainte-Baume. A true paradise for hikers, the house is located close to hiking trails, numerous equestrian centers, and climbing and paragliding sites. The house is detached and located at the bottom of the owners' land, next to another cottage. It features a terrace, an enclosed garden, and access to the shared swimming pool.

On one level, the cottage comprises:
- Living room with sofa, coffee table, TV, dining area with table and two chairs, small open-plan kitchen equipped with refrigerator/freezer, microwave, stove with oven, and four ceramic hobs.
- 140x190cm bed, bedside table and lamps, desk, and closet. - Shower room with shower, sink and vanity unit, heated towel rail, washing machine, wardrobe, and toilet.

Outside, there is a 300m² private garden, enclosed by the shared gate, and a 25m² terrace with a pergola, garden furniture, and gas grill. Private parking space in front of the house. Access to the swimming pool shared with the owners and the other gîte: open year-round, 8x4m (depth 1.40m), salt-treated, and secured by an alarm.
Bed linens and towels are included, and end-of-stay cleaning is included.
