Les Arbousiers

In the countryside with a view of the Sainte Victoire, the gîte Les Arbousiers is only 10km from Aix-en-Provence. It is an independent house with private swimming pool (10x5x1.4m open from 04/15 to 10/15) and unfenced 6 hectare land, in an area of 8 villas well spaced from each other. On one level, the gîte is composed of:
- a large living room with high ceilings, 3-seater fabric sofa, ottoman and 2 armchairs, connected flat screen TV and coffee table, touches of African decoration.
- an open fitted kitchen with large fridge / freezer, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and plenty of storage space.
- a laundry room with sink and washing machine
- a separate toilet with washbasin
- 2 bedrooms (80x200cm beds which can be twinned into a 160x200cm bed) with cupboards and private bathrooms (walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, heated mirror and WC)
- a bedroom with 160x200cm bed and cupboard with private terrace
- a bedroom with 80x200cm beds which can be twinned into a 160x200cm bed with cupboard
- a bathroom with double access from the two bedrooms, composed of a bathtub and a walk-in shower, double sink, heated towel rail, heated mirror and WC Outside:
- to the south, a 35m² terrace with a view of Sainte Victoire in wood with garden furniture and wood and woven resin, relaxation lounge in aluminum and woven resin, gas plancha and parasol.
- to the north a large gravel space for parking several vehicles. About ten steps go up the hill and give access to the private swimming pool and its deckchairs. Sheets, towels and household linen included, end of stay cleaning optional (150 €). Wifi (fiber). Animals accepted under certain conditions: no damage, collection of droppings. Baby equipment on request: cot, high chair, bathtub, play mat, stroller.
