Located in the heart of Lançon de Provence, this upper floor apartment offers 4 bedrooms, a private covered terrace and access to a shared swimming pool. This is only shared with a year-round tenant located in an apartment on the ground floor of the house, each has their own entrance. Also under the apartment, a dry cleaner also belonging to the owner, to which you will have free and free access (opening hours of the dry cleaner to be respected), with washing machine and dryer. The apartment is composed of:
- Living / dining room with dining area for 6 people, 2 sofas, armchair and flat screen TV. Kitchen open to the living room with 3 gas burners and 1 electric hob, hood, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and Dolce Gusto pod coffee maker. The kitchen opens via a secure French window onto the balcony extending onto the covered terrace then onto the swimming pool at the rear of the house.
- Bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink and heated towel rack.

- 4 bedrooms: 1 with a 160x200cm bed, 2 with 2 twin 90x200cm beds and 1 with 2 twin 80x200cm beds (this one opens onto the terrace - possibility of 2 additional beds). Private covered terrace with garden furniture and plancha, swimming pool shared with a tenant 5x3m, maximum depth 1.7m, accessible from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Free public parking in front of the gîte. Reinforced socket for electric vehicles. Included: wifi (fiber), reversible air conditioning, gas heating, sheets and towels. Optional end-of-stay cleaning.
Pets accepted free of charge. High chair, travel cot and children's crockery available on request. The RN113 located 300m away will allow you to quickly reach the highways serving Arles, Salon de Provence, Aix-en-Provence and Marseille.
