- Living room with comfortable lounge area with leather sofas, flat screen TV and library area. Dining area for 6 people. Equipped kitchen open to the living room with 4-burner gas hob, extractor, dishwasher, combined oven / microwave and fridge / freezer.
- 1st bedroom with 2 twin 80x200cm beds and chest of drawers.
- 2nd bedroom with 1 bed 160x200cm, table and 2 chairs and wardrobe.
- Bathroom with bathtub, 80x80cm shower with bench, basin, cupboards and bidet.
- Independent closed WC.
- Laundry room with washing machine and sink. Private terrace and garden of around 400 m² with several garden furniture, sun loungers. Games for children: swing, hut and small trampoline. Reversible air conditioning in the hallway leading to the bedrooms (included). Oil central heating (included).
End of stay cleaning optional. Sheets and towels included. 2 private parking spaces in the closed garden, 2 other possible spaces in the small unenclosed courtyard in front of the house.
