L'Oustau de la Capello ("House of the Chapel" in Provençal) was set up in an old 16th century chapel and has survived the ages. You will be seduced by the magnificent volumes offered by the stone vaults, and by the renovation choices that give pride of place to noble materials: wood, stones, exposed beams, French ceilings... L'Oustau de la Capello also benefits from a very interesting location: the gîte borders a small stream and is only 500m on foot from the center of Maussane-les-Alpilles, a charming Provençal village. You'll love the little restaurants that adorn the church square! You can also radiate throughout the Alpilles, but also towards Arles, Salon de Provence, or a little further Marseille or the Camargue... The cottage has on the ground floor a living room with soft sofas and flat screen TV (smart TV with Orange box channels), a dining room overlooked by a magnificent chandelier and a games room with billiards. Very nice fully equipped kitchen (3 ceramic hobs, dishwasher, microwave, oven, American fridge/freezer) with central island. Dining area for 8 people. The kitchen opens onto the patio with sheltered garden furniture. Laundry room with washing machine and separate WC.
