In the countryside, with only the horses of an equestrian center as neighbors, the Mas Cervoise is ideally located halfway between Avignon and Saint Rémy de Provence.
This very pretty Provencal farmhouse was completely renovated by its owners in 2023. It has a fenced 1700m² garden, a private 12x6m swimming pool surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers and a petanque court. On two levels, the cottage is composed on the ground floor:
- a large living room with an entrance equipped with table football, a living room with sofas, armchairs, connected TV and coffee table, a dining area and a large fitted kitchen (oven, micro -waves, American fridge with freezer, 3 induction burners, extractor hood, Nespresso coffee maker, multifunction food processor, dishwasher).
- a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
- a separate toilet with washbasin.
- a first bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, desk and private bathroom (Italian shower).
Access to the first floor is via a beautiful iron staircase made to measure by the owner. This floor is composed of:
- two double bedrooms (160x200cm beds) with desk and private bathrooms (Italian showers).
- a children's bedroom with bunk beds and drawers (6 beds 90x200cm).
- a bathroom with independent access (bathtub).
