Just 2km from the town center of Saint Rémy de Provence, the Mas de Durand, dating from the 19th century but completely renovated, offers 2 adjoining gîtes.
The Mélanie gîte is adjoining the Sophie gîte on one side and another house on the other side, but has its own entrance and private terrace. The Mélanie gîte, pleasantly decorated, is composed, on the ground floor, of:
- Living room with equipped kitchen fitted out in an old stone fireplace (lots of character) with 4-burner ceramic hob, small top refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Dining area for 3 people, 2 sofas. Beautiful stone staircase leading to the bedroom.
- Bathroom with bathtub, sink and heated towel rail.
- Independent WC. Upstairs, the bedroom with 1 double bed 160x200cm and 1 single bed 90x200cm, flat screen TV and reversible air conditioning. Private terrace of 30 m² with garden furniture and garden shared by the 2 gîtes of approximately 100 m² with sun loungers. All included: electric heating, reversible air conditioning, end-of-stay cleaning, sheets and towels. Private closed parking in the immediate vicinity of the gîte with charging station for electric vehicles (included).

Pets accepted (pet cleaning fee to be paid extra). Le Mas de Durand is located along the national road 99 linking Saint Rémy de Provence to Cavaillon on one side and to Tarascon then Arles on the other side (you can hear the road when you are outside but inside is well soundproofed).
