The Sophie gîte is adjoining the Mélanie gîte on one side and the owners' house on the other side, but has its own entrance and private terrace. The Sophie gîte, pleasantly decorated, is composed, on the ground floor, of:
- A living room with exposed beams including a kitchen equipped with 4-burner ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, small top refrigerator, microwave and Senseo pod coffee maker. Dining area for 4 people. Lounge area with 2-person bench seat, armchairs and coffee table. Library, board games. Corner office. Access to the bedroom via the staircase.
- A bathroom with bathtub, sink, heated towel rail and washing machine.
- Independent WC. Upstairs, the large bedroom is equipped with a 160x200cm double bed, a convertible sofa that can accommodate 1 person, flat screen TV, bookcase, clothes rack and full-length mirror.
