A year-round rental above (no vis-à-vis and completely independent entrance). This pretty house on one level, with a pleasant colorful decoration, is composed of:
- A large living room with fitted kitchen (3-burner induction hob, extractor, microwave, oven, dishwasher, large fridge, large freezer, double sink) and dining area for 8 people. Living room with 2 sofas, flat screen TV, wood stove (wood offered), reversible air conditioning (included). Several accesses to the covered terrace and the swimming pool from this room.
- Large office space with fiber internet access and beautiful old mirror.
- Large hallway serving the bedrooms and the bathroom with library and laundry area with washing machine, storage, household utensils and board games.
- 1st bedroom with 1 double bed 140x190cm, large wardrobe and access to the open west terrace.
- 2nd bedroom with 1 double bed 140x190cm, wardrobe and armchair.
- 3rd bedroom with 1 double bed 140x190cm, wardrobe and armchair.
- Shower room with large Italian shower, washbasin, beautiful old mirror, cabinet and heated towel rail.
- Independent WC. Large covered terrace with garden furniture and outdoor relaxation lounge. Private swimming pool 6.3m x 3.4m, depth 1.4m. Gas griddle. Garden shed with shower and WC. Wi-Fi (fiber). All included: sheets, towels, end of stay cleaning and reversible air conditioning (4 units: living room, office and in 2 bedrooms).
A parking space in front of the house (not closed) and additional spaces available in the street. Please note: the little train of the Côte Bleue, which connects Marseille to Miramas, passes behind the house, which causes a slight nuisance (about 15 passages per day, no train at night).
